Volodymyr holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics from Ecole Polytechnique and a Master’s in Management from INSEAD, resulting in the combination of rigorous analytical training with world-class business education to assemble the core of Eviron’s management. With a truly international background, Volodymyr has lived and worked in France, Switzerland, Romania, Poland, Ukraine, and Singapore, gaining diverse market insights and expanding his network across the continents. His hands-on experience includes managing diesel flows from Romania to Ukraine via trucks and barges and overseeing agricultural exports from Ukraine to Poland, Hungary, and Romania.
Pawel Jadczak is a driven professional with a robust legal and business background. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Warsaw University, where he was recognized with an award for his thesis in intellectual property. With diverse industry experience, Pawel has worked in the telecom sector during its transition to a free market, as well as in software development at a venture supported by Intel Capital and Avent Group funds. His career includes negotiations with Eastern oil companies, advising PGE Energia Odnawialna, and providing legal counsel to major Polish companies such as infrastructure leaders and TVN. Pawel’s expertise reflects a blend of legal precision and strategic business insight.
Maciej brings extensive expertise in law, military strategy, and international relations, backed by a strong academic foundation. A graduate of Jagiellonian University and Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, he initially pursued a legal career before joining the Polish armed forces. Rising to the rank of second lieutenant, he served in Afghanistan as a liaison officer forSpecial Operations Command and later undertook assignments in the Middle East, he also held a diplomatic post at one of the Polish Embassies, developing interest in post-Soviet affairs. Returning to law, he became a qualified attorney and now runs his own firm in Warsaw, specialising in business law.
Kateryna Filatova is an experienced economist with expertise in financial management and governance. She holds Master’s degrees in Enterprise Economics from Akademia Finansów i Biznesu Vistula in Warsaw and Donetsk National Technical University, where she specialized in heavy industry and machine building. Her financial expertise was honed as a Senior Economist at PrivatBank, Ukraine’s largest bank. Now based in Poland, Kateryna has valuable experience in local governance, having worked in Urząd structures and gaining a deep understanding of Polish bureaucracy. Fluent in four languages, she brings critical financial and administrative insights to the Supervisory Board, supporting the company’s strategic and operational goals.
